What we carry

Three things, done properly, instead of a list of everything.

Hall Construction puts up metal buildings, roofs them and keeps them maintained afterward. Nothing here is a trade the crew picked up to round out a brochure. If a job needs a hand outside those three, Mike Hall would rather point you to somebody who does that work every day than take it on badly himself.

Register one · Metal Buildings

Turn-key, or built to fit exactly what is going inside it.

Some jobs are a finished building erected start to finish. Others are fully customised and fabricated from scratch, with the bay dimensions set around the equipment or supplies that have to live inside rather than around a catalogue page. Hall Construction has taken on shopping centres, churches, gyms, schools and warehouses across Decatur and the counties around it, working closely with local vendors whatever the size of the job. Every install carries a one year warranty on top of a thirty year manufacturer warranty on the building system itself, and the estimate and consultation to start is free with no obligation attached.

Register two · Metal Roofing

Free on-site assessment, before anything gets quoted.

Got a leak? Somebody comes out and surveys the damage first, at no charge to you, and only then talks about what it takes to put right. From there the work covers panel and trim repair, venting systems, gutters and downspouts, and skylight repair, along with insulation and power washing once oxidation has set into the finish. The same thirty year manufacturer warranty that backs a new building sits behind the panel on a roof job too.

Register three · Building Maintenance

Full repairs, a maintenance programme, and a plain limit.

Full commercial repairs on a metal building of any size: personnel doors, overhead doors, exhaust fans and windows, run either as a one-off repair or on a year-round maintenance programme for owners who would rather stay ahead of a problem than call after it fails. It also covers owners who cannot get to the building themselves, out of state or simply out of the area, with a local crew that surveys, reports and manages the work on the ground. What it does not cover is plumbing and electrical. Hall Construction does not carry either trade, and would rather refer a local contractor it already knows than take on work it is not set up to do properly. “No job too big or too small” runs the other way too.

Not sure which of the three fits your job?

The gallery has real jobs from all three registers, finished and mid-build. The about page has the forty two years and the licensing behind them. Or skip straight to the contact page and describe the job, and the office will tell you which register it belongs to.
