Frame first, and it stays square
The portal frames go up and get plumbed before a panel is hung. Two openings still framed out here, waiting on doors. Getting this stage right is the whole reason the finished building closes properly ten years later.

Looking up through an open bay at the exposed steel above. Clear span is what makes a metal building worth having: the floor underneath stays yours, with no posts landing in the middle of the work.

Our own lift, our own crew
The man-lift belongs on site because the trim, the flashing and the high fasteners are ours to finish. Skilled technicians trained on the installation and maintenance of metal buildings, not a crew borrowed for the week.

It has to sit right where it lands
A finished brown-panel building in an industrial park, beds in, doors hung, done. This is the last photograph of a job, and it is the only one that matters to the person paying for it.
